This cottage is an independent house with a living space of 100 m2, on a surface of 450 m2.
The exposure of its main facade is the southwest. It gives access to a terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and in the garden and offers a view on mountains and countryside.
A second terrace is directed northeast.

Kitchen / Dining room: dishes, flatware, kitchenware, refrigerator, freezer, cooker, microwaves, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-dryer, iron.Lounge: television set, TNT, WIFI, sofas (2, among which 1 sofa bed).
Chambers: 3 rooms equipped with 3 double beds + 2 superimposed) simple beds + 1 baby's bed. The sofa bed of the lounge can also serve as a bed.
Shower-room: washbasin, shower, TOILETS.
TOILETS: a second independent TOILET on the groundfloor.
Garage: 2 vehicles and outside privative car park.
